see all reviewsThis gym has a very kind, strong, family oriented environment! I’m a complete beginner at boxing (no prior experience whatsoever, let alone be in a gym) and I received tons of useful insight, advice, and lots of love from all the members of the gym when I asked for help. I will say that if you are a beginner with no experience, this gym may not be for you unless you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to gain knowledge of the environment and to reach out for help. There was no orientation leading into my class so I constantly had to ask multiple members for direction about what was going on and what to even do. The first 30 minutes was a warm-up cardio, the next 45-ish minutes were shadow boxing, and then finally a cool down cardio session. My biggest advice, if you do choose to attend this gym, is to be bold, ASK FOR HELP (everyone is so willing to help you as long as you speak up!!!), and be willing to work and learn!

see all reviewsBig place. They train mainly in kick boxing and added a BJJ class for those who also want to train for MMA. The BJJ class is GI but you can start with No Gi. They warmup with BJJ solo drills (shrimp, fwd rolls, etc). Coach will teach a technique and then you do some partner work. You can spar at the end of class but you don’t have to roll if you don’t want to or you can do some positional sparring. Everyone was cool. Great workout
