Class was great! I love that it was free and it was a good circuit workout working different body parts. Afterwards, there was a much needed stretch session with bands. My biggest gripe was the person working the front desk was not friendly towards newcomers.

Intro to Kickboxing (MANDATORY First Class)

Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.

    Intro to Kickboxing

Having gone to this class a couple times already, I love how each class is different and the instructor teaches new things every class. Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

This gym has a very kind, strong, family oriented environment! I’m a complete beginner at boxing (no prior experience whatsoever, let alone be in a gym) and I received tons of useful insight, advice, and lots of love from all the members of the gym when I asked for help. I will say that if you are a beginner with no experience, this gym may not be for you unless you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to gain knowledge of the environment and to reach out for help. There was no orientation leading into my class so I constantly had to ask multiple members for direction about what was going on and what to even do. The first 30 minutes was a warm-up cardio, the next 45-ish minutes were shadow boxing, and then finally a cool down cardio session. My biggest advice, if you do choose to attend this gym, is to be bold, ASK FOR HELP (everyone is so willing to help you as long as you speak up!!!), and be willing to work and learn!

Big gym. Nice and clean. We started with warm ups with body weight exercises and BJJ movements. Then we partnered up and learned some techniques. It’s a great workout and you’ll build up a sweat. Everyone was great to work with.

As a newbie to boxing/martial arts it can be easy to feel intimidated by entering a new space. Couldn’t have been easier to walk up to this place and enjoy a great workout without feeling ashamed! Instructor Lax (I think that’s the name) was great, helpful and supportive. Great energy in the place! Happy to return.

    Adult BJJ Fundamentals

Classes are split with fundamentals on one side and all levels technique class on the other. If you’re starting for the first time you don’t need a gi (uniform) and just use workout clothes. The facility has rooms for you to change in if you do have a gi. The instructor will show the technique and then you partner up and try it out. He will come around and correct your form. The people are friendly. Good for beginners.
