    Rudy was a great and motivating instructor! First time doing this type of high intensity workout in a few months so it definitely was difficult but I appreciated that him and his assistants were motivating me while not over-exerting me, which is what I find annoying in other types of high intensity classes I've taken as someone with PCOS who just wants to do this type of work out every so often for cardiovascular health.

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!

    I'm new to pilates and it was a great beginner's class! The coach showed the move first and then you repeat it for like a minute, and then she'll show the next one. Some of the moves involved light weights, which I enjoyed. I think it would be nice if the coach also gave better instructions in terms of when exactly to inhale/exhale, other than to just "remember to breathe ". Plenty of parking, so always a plus. There's no AC, but they have big fans. Also the water dispenser was down today, but fortunately the workout wasn't too intense. Thank you for a great class!

    I had a booty class today and came from ClassPass. It's my first time coming here and first time attending a class here as well. I went to the front desk and they assisted me. They didn't check me in or anything, only asked for my number and I showed my class reservation. The gym is so big and a nice girl helped guide me to where the class was. Great service from her and didn't catch her name. She was wearing blue and white nike dunks. Aside from that, the class itself was challenging. I don't lift super heavy anymore and am focused on toning up and maintaining. The booty class had 3 diff workouts. 1st one I did were RDLs, 4 heavy working sets of 8, 2nd were step ups, 3 working sets of 8 and lastly 100 hip thrusts. YES. ONE HUNDRED. I thought I was dying and I've never done that before but now I can say I did! It was 35 lbs though but I still did that! Amazing class and instructor.. she really pushes you.
