    This was my first F45 class and I have to say it’s one of the best beginner classes I’ve been to on ClassPass. It was a great workout but more importantly, it was such a supportive environment!     Both instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

    Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    I was able to get through about 90% of this class before I had to takeoff - I would’ve stayed if I didn’t have plans, but this work out is def not for the faint of heart. Ivy was attentive, welcoming and motivating instructor. Since i was newer to kickboxing she was doing demos next to me so that i was able to see correct form up close and also followed up with me to make sure i am doing things correctly. The class size was small and intensity was high throughout. I got excellent cardio workout, some strides training, lots of core exercises and of course boxing. Definitely one of the best classes available on classpass. Points well spent!
