see all reviewsBoth instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

I almost came to tears at one point because the energy was just so good and I could tell that the instructor really is passionate about what she’s doing. I will definitely be back for more gentle yoga classes with Ritu. I also must add that I really appreciated her invitation to stay in meditation if it felt right during savanna bc it was definitely needed. 🤍✨

see all reviewsThis studio came highly recommended so when a beginners class became available of course I jumped on it! It was my first time using a Pilates machine (I think it’s called a Reformer), and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Nicolina. She didn’t lead like a drill sergeant which tbh was what I was expecting. So I was very relieved when she turned out to be friendly and helpfu!! I appreciated most that she walked around to observe us and also adjusted our forms as needed.

see all reviewsThe class was beginner friendly as most of the moves we performed were repeated. Erica made the class such a warm, inviting and calm environment. It wasn’t too warm in class and the addition of the sound bowls at the end really tied the whole experience together :) This class was slightly challenging but I left feeling very relaxed and energized!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

Morgan’s workout was GREAT & the music was great as well. It’s hard to find a studio with music that I like, but I really enjoyed the music selection. Be prepared to SWEAT! I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsMy first time trying out this studio. Overall, I enjoyed the 75-minute vinyasa class. It seemed more suited for intermediate yogis, incorporating challenging poses like crow, mermaid, and an inversion. But instrctor encouraged everyone to try out or helps achieving them so beginners should not feel intimidated. The playlist featured calming music, and while the flow felt slightly slow-paced, I appreciated the focus on body alignment during each sequence and asana. I felt both major and minor muscles were adequately stretched as sweat was profusely coming out from all over the body and i felt it was a great detox. i loved the instructor stretches arms, legs, and the ankles during ending corpse pose. The instructor's gentle voice of props greatly aided in achieving proper posture. Despite being labeled as a "warm" class, it was rather hot for my taste, but the instructor intermittently introduced cooler airs from outside, preventing discomfort. The studio is situated in a quiet corporate buildings neighborhood with ample parking space, and the shower and locker room were impeccably clean and spacious. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience.

see all reviewsAll the stars for Ivy! Phenomenal instructor, fantastic class and beautiful, clean space. It was a challenging class, in the best possible way. Ivy was attentive, welcoming and motivating instructor. Since i was newer to kickboxing she was doing demos next to me so that i was able to see correct form up close and also followed up with me to make sure i am doing things correctly. The class size was small and intensity was high throughout. I got excellent cardio workout, some strides training, lots of core exercises and of course boxing. Definitely one of the best classes available on classpass. Points well spent!

This class was pretty full so come early to get a desired spot. The only thing is I wish someone navigated setting up for the new people. The regulars are so nice and welcoming so they do help you out. This class is for all levels.
