    Dolores Park Outdoor Bootcamp

I don’t usually do bootcamps but this one was awesome. Tara is a great instructor, really supportive, and offers a ton of modifications if needed! Tough workout but still accessible for all levels.

POP STAR POP UP FT. WHITNEY HOUSTON VIRTUAL LIVESTREAM

Preston is such a wonderful instructor. His choreography is fun and accessible; he’s encouraging and uplifting; and I always have a positive class experience with him. Highly recommend.

    Barre Bootcamp

Not your typical barre class, which is great. It's actually like taking a ballet class, but with a focus on working muscle groups as opposed to perfecting the dance. There instructor was energetic and motivating. Bonus points for correcting our form!

    Urbankicks Ass

I had a great workout! This was my second time doing this class, so I had a better handle on things. The class size is wonderful, plenty of room to move around and not worry about kicking anyone. I like how the intensity keeps up the entire time. I wasn’t too hot, either. One note is to remember to bring your ID to check into this gym. I’m an Urbankicks fan!

    ZUMBA®

High energy, great music, serious sweat! Good for all levels. Love this class! Alicia is one of Crunch’s best instructors. As in ALL of Crunch’s SF & Bay Area locations. I know, because I attend classes regularly at multiple locations.

    REV : CYCLING*

Definitely recommend. Peter is a newer teacher, and some of his songs were very on point (syncopation between the song rhythms and the exercises/tempo). Other songs were a little bit less polished. His arm workouts were particularly tough. Overall definitely enjoyable and a great workout.
