I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

It’s a small intimate class (there were 4 of us), and he keeps towels, water, snacks and any supplies you might need on site. The music was great can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsI really appreciated this class and the use of the bar. I struggle with knee issues and typically can’t do lunges. With the use of the bar I was able to get a great leg workout without my knees buckling. The instructor was fabulous and I will definitely take her class again.
