The workout was challenging but accessible with lots of modifications offered. The coach was great about offering personal feedback and encouragement, checking in with everyone throughout the class. She gave clear instructions and made a welcome space for people to ask questions and go at their own pace/ level of fitness. I liked that the class was challenging, but time was built in for a proper warm up/cool down and a focus on technique. Hope to be back for another class!
