    I love Rose City Rec Room! I'm always nervous trying out new gyms, but this one is so inclusive and friendly I immediately felt welcome. The workout was challenging but accessible with lots of modifications offered. The coach was great about offering personal feedback and encouragement, checking in with everyone throughout the class.     I had a great first class with Alejandra! The facilities are well kept and the equipment is cleaned with sanitizer bottles and rags throughout the class. She gave clear instructions and made a welcome space for people to ask questions and go at their own pace/ level of fitness. I liked that the class was challenging, but time was built in for a proper warm up/cool down and a focus on technique. Hope to be back for another class!
