I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

You need to watch the people around you to figure out what to do if you didn’t understand it and that’s tough. you must have prior reformer experience and initial private intro for this place. Better to have many classes of reformer experience not just a couple before doing this.

see all reviewsI’ve been to numerous Pilates studios in the Portland/Lake Oswego area before finding Mary’s studio, and I can honestly say that I haven’t found another instructor quite like her. Mary brings the expertise of a top-level instructor while imbuing in each and every class a light-hearted, fun atmosphere that is missing from so many classical studios I’ve been to. High level technique, exceeding difficulty as your progress, and fun…who would’ve thought?!! Her level 1/2 classes are great for beginners and regulars alike and her advanced classes have kept me working my butt off and improving for the past year plus. I’ve brought my mother who has rheumatoid arthritis and my husband to her classes and she’s expertly modified moves and adjusted springs to match each of their ability levels. She’s a pro and a fun one at that 😉 10/10

Tessa the instructor was very easy to follow she gave very clear instructions. she also is very attentive to make sure I made adjustments for proper form. the class was a nice challenging workout for me. The staff were also welcoming. I enjoyed my experience I would definitely come again!
