Power Flow (60 Min)
see all reviewsGood instructor. Room was tight. I wish instructor would tell people they could spread out a bit once class starts. There was an open space next to the person besides me. Room is a bit too warm for me. Although not Bikram hot.

see all reviewsGreat class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

see all reviewsSimilar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

see all reviewsEnjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

REVOLUTIONS - COMMUNITY CLASS
see all reviewsAnkit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

see all reviewsGreat workout, great instructor! The only downfall is this location seems to always overbook their classes leaving very little space to flow freely without concern of bumping into someone. This studio also seems to always be much hotter than other locations, but that doesn’t bother me! Just make sure you bring your towel.

see all reviewsTook my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

see all reviewsI've been to many different circuit training and HIIT studios around the world but this is the only studio I know that incorporates jump rope. Believe it or not this was the hardest! It was easy when I was a kid but as an adult it was awkward getting back into it and hard to continue jumping ropes!!
