We stayed in each stretch for at least 3+ minutes. You can either rent a mat for $6 or bring your own! I recommend this class if you enjoy a class focused more on stretching/relaxation and less on balance or geared towards a workout

This is really well-rounded movement practice with about 20 minutes of a vinyasa warm-up, 12ish minutes of bodyweight strength work, and a yoga cool-down. I loved every minute and felt I got everything I needed in the hour I carved out! My only note is for the studio owners… The layout of the space is a little weird — it’s like two rooms that are kinda separate. I think if they re-orient the mat markers to face towards the long walls, it could pull the energy together a little better.

Instructor is calm and measured and has taken the time to plan out the class so it's not too repetitive like at other studios. The 90 min allows you to really workshop poses AND allows for a flow and for group centering at the start as well as the final rest. I will take this class again 🙏🏻
