My only criticism is that I didn’t care for her choice of music. Music really sets the ton for my workout. I’m more of a Hip hop and Top 40 girl but not everyone has the same choice in music, so to each, his own!

The workouts are thoughtful and unique 3. As a woman, I always am nervous about starting group classes. Since starting, I felt immediately safe and welcome in a new place and OMG the staff actually make an effort to know your name. So rare in the philly fitness environment. 4. Its a local business that is so obviously dedicated to fitness and genuinely is interested in the health and well being of the people who attend. Very few places like this, but it is a gem.

I also always feel like hot yoga classes are never hot enough, definitely not the case here. I appreciated the instructor reminding us to take what we need and it's our mat. Definitely more of a hot cardio sculpt class than yoga flow with weights and cardio. Everyone was very welcoming. I'll be back.

I hadn't realized there was an intro class I really should have taken before the beginner class, so the class was a bit difficult for me. The instructor was great though and helped me get the most out of class. She explained things well, modified things for me when I needed it, and was just really kind, helpful, and encouraging. I can't wait to come back for more classes.
