see all reviewsThe perfect Sunday morning class! It feels gentle and easy at first, but the class is deceptively challenging. I’m always wobbly-legged after class and sore the next day, but without the loud music and high intensity of the workouts I do the rest of the week.

see all reviewsBaylee and the class were amazing! The class offered a great variety of exercises over 3 stations (treadmill, floor, bench). Even though there was a lot of variations within each station, Baylee gave us enough heads up to be prepared and know exactly what to do even being a first-timer myself. She gave a range and a guideline for the intensity of each exercise, which was very helpful (e.g. 25lb for a challenge, 100 to bodyweight for sled, etc.).

see all reviewsI have really enjoyed trying out classes at the Modo studios - this was my first time at the St.Claire studio. It has a very similar relaxed and welcoming, cozy vibe as the studio in Bloor West. For this Hatha class - I really enjoyed slow pace of the class and how long we held the poses to really feel the pose deeply. I also appreciated the way the class started in savasana and we returned to it mid practice to centre ourselves after a difficult balance flow and rest. It was nice that the instructor offered a flow in the practice for whoever wanted to add it in - and ended in seated poses helped us stretch out our body and not put too much pressure on balancing or down dogging. Overall a lovely practice :) thank you Modo!

Would recommend more encouraged water breaks throughout the class but overall, I enjoyed the class a lot. see all reviewsEvery time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

I did the Chakra Hatha Flow class and was nervous as I read the class was ideal for people with some experience which I don’t have much but my goal is to try different types of yoga and see which ones I like most. Studio was clean and lots of natural light. Although I can’t hold/do all the yoga poses, Hali expressed something along the lines of not pushing ourselves too much which made me feel very comfortable. Would definetly go back.
