I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Julia was amazing with her instructions and corrections. She asked for permission before adjusting. She offered modification. Some set ups were a bit complicated (I enjoyed the variety and trying new things as I’ve done reformer for a while, but I can see it being a bit complicated for those new to it).
