Boxing-Beginner Level
see all reviewsSabrina is an amazing instructor!! I joined a beginner class with a friend, and she truly taught us boxing from the ground up. She helped us correct our form, gave encouraging feedback, and kept us motivated the whole time. The class was fun but definitely intense, you’ll work up a serious sweat. Highly recommend this class if you're looking to try boxing!

see all reviewsI cannot express just how much I enjoyed this class! I have never done kickboxing in my life but I also wanted to try something new so I was anxious about the class. Right off the bat the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The instructor (Ghass Tabbel) was very welcoming as well, he introduced himself to the newcomers personally right before the class began. During the class he would come around and help and give tips to whoever needed help, he was very understanding of the newcomers and always encouraging. I’m definitely coming back!

Plus, he asked if I had any injury or medical condition before the class started, warm up will make you sweat for sure. I will definitely book another class! ☺️ I recommend arriving 10/15 min early if it's your first class for the coach to get your information.

The streets of NY are getting scarier by the day and Coach John does an incredible job of walking you through multiple scenarios and how to approach these dangerous situations.
