see all reviewsYou get the mat and towel complimentary for your first class. The room wasn’t crazy hot, but doing the workouts got harder and harder the longer I was in there. It was very new to me, and I would come back. The instructor was good at explaining, and you can look to the mirrors or the people around you if you’re lost. I got street parking because I came very very early, but I could tell it got busy later on. Bring lot of water and don’t be afraid to stop mid way or take a break, it’s a welcoming place. Theres a bathroom but no shower.

see all reviewsEmily’s class was probably my BEST class since rejoining ClassPass this past year. I don’t know how but she challenges you, while being stern and gentle at the same time, and she sets the intention so perfectly. She pushes you through it and she also makes clear callouts. This was my first class where I naturally gave it everything I had and cleared everything off my chest to the point where I felt like crying at the end of class (yogis will get that). I felt so accomplished, rewarded and at ease upon leaving. I needed this experience. 100/10!

see all reviewsI'm editing my previous review to clarify what I meant when I said the front desk person was "weird." I meant a weird, unkind energy. I get that people have bad days, but the vibe from the gentleman working was just not okay. I said hi when I put my mat down and got zero response, just an eye roll. Then a student accidentally pushed some mats and shut the door, and he proceeded to huff and puff and roll his eyes again. I’ve worked at multiple studios and know that students should always be treated with respect and kindness. Weird is fine I love weird! but weird, unkind energy isn't. I’ll be back for Monica, but the gentleman working was very unkind and should receive feedback. I will also say the space was beautiful.
