    Boxing Fusion Flow

    I started taking this class because the concept of mixing boxing with yoga seemed cool. I kept taking this class because Leah is hands down one of the most detail oriented and fun instructors I've encountered :). She is super technical and will kick your butt, but she's also really fun and a great person! I highly recommend taking this class, or any class, with Leah if you want a unique challenge in a fun environment!!!

    Really enjoyed the experience! The coach was very patient and trying to engage us with different levels and backgrounds. It’s a pretty small class so you can basically get your personalized training. I thought it was easy workload but my body definitely needs more training and recovery. It’s more than just climbing and you also got to be the blader which is very necessary skill too.
