My main area of feedback for impact in general is that they don’t offer modifications. For exercised like jump squats or burpees many people may not be able to do that based on their physical state or mental state and providing modifications helps to not only made the environment more inclusive but also helps make sure the modifications are done correctly.

She heard me tell the front desk that it was my first time at Prime cycle, and she immediately introduced herself and gave me a wonderful tour of Prime Cycle's beautiful facility! After I had gotten ready and headed into the spin studio, she spent a few minutes helping me get set up on the bike and explained what the monitor at the front of the bike is used for. No hidden cardio bursts (we did do one “conditioning” exercise but it was only for a minute and focused on single-leg activation so I didn’t mind). Great instructor. Kind, funny, easy to follow. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

I used the studio on the 3rd floor to do my warm up + yoga. And then hit the machines for strength and cardio. Staff was very nice and helpful. This might just be my new go-to.

Greeted with nice staff and the lobby and locker room was beautiful!! Love that they even had charging stations, showers and theraguns to use. Bring your own towel or buy one (sucked that they didn’t even have tissues to wipe my face tho). Class was 30 mins but you work out for the full 30 minutes. Instructor was Tyler and he was fun and the music was amazing!! Felt like a rave and the energy was great. I’ll be sooo sore tmr but it was fun!
