Second, the work out was dynamic and included the combination of strength, mobility, and cardio. Third, I appreciate the deep attentative to injuries. Modifications were provided with care, which honestly is far too often, not case in so many places. I’m excited to come back and would STRONGLY recommend. I think they do an excellent job providing tailored workouts to folks across the level of fitness and ability.
