    Awesome class with a great variety of movements at every station, so I truly felt as though it was an actual total body class that hit all of the muscle groups, upper & lower. Completely different from some of the BX classes I’ve been attending recently that are very one note with only 1 movement at each station, plus the cardio component. Please continue programming these similar profiles with the multiple strength based moves added to the cardio piece. Class never got boring, tedious or monotonous, and everyone was properly challenged. It really made class fly by despite the 4 x 8 min stations because we were constantly moving through the 4 move AMRAP.

    Instructor is very nice and walks around to fix everyone. He helps you with whatever you need and even get weights in the other room for you, if you don’t see the weight you want to use. 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest for 1 hour (with stretching in the beginning and explanation of each station).     I had fun in this workout, it was hard but doable. Jason was the coach and he keeps you motivated. If you’re a newbie to crossfit they have alternative workouts so that you won’t get lost in the crowd. The facility is well kept and looks pretty new. I will return. Here’s a tip, if you’re driving in for a 6am class, you can wait in your car because alternative side parking ends at 6am also, and everyone will be doing the same thing.
