I loved that we all had our own poles (not always the case at other places). In this class we learnt a routine that included some basic moves so know your basics before you attend!

    INTRO TO HOOP

Really knowledgeable instructor. Took the time to break down a move bit by bit. Also have a nice warm up routine before we got in the air. I may recommend bringing knee pads as most of the warm up was on the wood floor but great class!

    Intermediate Pole Tricks n Climbs

The studio was beautiful and spacious, I loved the atmosphere. Goshen was an amazing instructor, she had a great energy and was very welcoming & friendly. She took the time to guide each of us in the class to make sure we’re doing the tricks correctly. Overall the class was both challenging and fun at the same time. Great for those with prior experience at pole and want to take it to the next level! Checkout Goshen’s class next time you’re at Transformation Body Bootcamp

    Pole Groove Essentials: Dance-Infused Movement

The instructor and the staff are great and friendly! If people don’t have any experience before, take the foundation class. I took the “wrong” level class. But class is small(the maximum students will be 4). After The instructor asked every students’ level information, she set different goals for every student. Students are always encouraged to try and express themselves. Worth trying!

    Beginner Pole Fitness

There’s available parking and the space is big enough space for 8 or 9 poles. During the winter season the space will start off cold but once you’re in it, you’ll break a sweat. It’s not intimidating at all, Carmen has a lot of experience and may use dance terms a dancer may not know, but always asks if the class has any questions. It’s super casual, the choreo isn’t planned with specific songs, and requests are taken. So bring your favorite ratchet or sensual tunes. I never touched a pole prior to this, there was one person who had 30+ sessions and everyone else was new so I’ll say 2 things. 1) no issue with whether the choreo was too beginner or complex, you can practice in between at your own pace and 2) I’d have hoped for more direction where to leave your stuff, socks or no, heels, barefoot, know to clean your pole before as well as after, and what to expect to feel after and see bruises - acknowledgement for first-timers would be cool. All in all super laid back, expect to ignite muscles you don’t think about and have fun, relax and bring out that bad B energy 🙂

    AERIAL YOGA

I had a great time at my very first aerial silk class!! The studio is very cozy & calming, I felt like I escaped into a new world. Everyone I met was super welcoming & friendly. As it was my first time trying the silks, I was very excited but didn’t know what to expect. We did some yoga exercises with the ropes, and then tried out some tricks. It was super fun!! Jessica was a great instructor, she was sweet and accommodating to our levels, encouraged us to try a few things and helped us out individually. I totally recommend it, I’ll be going to more classes at Warrior Goddess for sure! Thanks to everyone at the studio

Very inclusive! Without my asking, Emily was very aware of different levels and bodies in the room. She gave many ways of doing the same pose, said what muscles it would stretch if you did it a different way. Totally recommend for ANY level.
