She heard me tell the front desk that it was my first time at Prime cycle, and she immediately introduced herself and gave me a wonderful tour of Prime Cycle's beautiful facility! After I had gotten ready and headed into the spin studio, she spent a few minutes helping me get set up on the bike and explained what the monitor at the front of the bike is used for. If you're in the JC/Hoboken/NYC area, you NEED to try Prime cycle! I can't await to come back every time I visit the East Coast 🤍

My only complaint is the temperature - I wish we had more ventilation, because it gets SO HOT and SO SWEATY. I’ve been to her class three times and all three times I had to lay in child’s pose for the last 10 minutes because I get so dizzy.

My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

No hidden cardio bursts (we did do one “conditioning” exercise but it was only for a minute and focused on single-leg activation so I didn’t mind). Great instructor. Kind, funny, easy to follow. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.
