    T.N.T Saturday's

I’m a regular at this class, and it continues to challenge me because Jimmy changes the routine each week (meaning: consistently sore muscles). I recommend bringing two full water bottles because you will sweat a lot and there’s no refill station (but you can purchase water, rehydration, and protein beverages).

I just dont like partner workouts. Its pure anxiety and teeth pulling for me. With that said, its a great workout. Fun bag combos, great music and vibe. I wanna come back but the anti-social me just really cant do the partner thing,

I look forward to Mondays because of this class - Coach Menachem is awesome! Class begins with warm-up that consists of mobility. There are several rounds on the heavy bag and conditioning in between the rounds. These days good intentions is the trend but not this class. If you had a bad day or whatever kind if day, you bring those bad intentions to class and practice it on the heavy bag. Bing! Bang! Boom! Pew! Pew! You’ll learn some pretty bad-ass fight skills & then skip away on cloud nine with good and fluffy intentions. Chu know what I mean?

The best boxing class! I went with my sister and it was just the two of us that day so we had sort of a private lesson. Tashon tailored the class to us and made sure we were working with correct form and was super encouraging. It’s definitely a challenging class but always fun

    Kickboxing (All Levels)

Great cardio and kickboxing class. Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

Instructor was great. Great experience overall. Very intense classes. The gym has a great selection of machines and weights. The only issue is the locker rooms could use some towels, better lighting, and deep cleaning. The mats are cleaned with a Swiffer. Rolling around on mats I'd hope they sterilize them each night. I still will be going back as it's a great workout.

The pictures do not give the space justice. It is so bright, clean, organized, maintained, and has good air flow. All the windows were open during class so it never got hot or stuffy. There were fans going. Lisa was great demonstrating the stations for me even though I arrived just as she had finished showing the other women. She introduced me to everyone too. I’ve worked at big box gyms and the little details like this are what create a great experience and make first timers feel welcome. She was engaged the entire time and had great energy. Music was loud enough to still hear Lisa clearly. She knows what she is doing. It was genuinely fun. The exercises were great for a full body workout. I felt amazing after. Will definitely return for more classes.

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.
