I’ve only taken class with her twice and it has left me relaxed with a slight burn. I would say her classes definitely lean to beginner when it comes to difficulty.

The studio has an unusual layout, it was my first time and had to ask a couple times to understand where things were (changing rooms, the actual studio etc.) would recommend they give a more thorough overview of the studio layout/amenities for first timers.

Definitely intense, left the class very sweaty and with wobbly legs but also feeling great. Coach Barbie was amazing my session was a full but she still took the time to go around adjusting and helping us with the movements ensuring we get the most out of our workout. This wasn’t a beginner class but as a beginner I loved it because it pushed my body to a point it’s never been before. If you’re thinking about taking this class I would definitely recommend you sign up!

He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done. He had such amazing energy and attitude and I wish I could take his classes more regularly. Definitely recommend him for anyone especially if you're new to solidcore.

Clear favoritism and lack of guidance for other attendees. Also I feel students should have to wear something on their feet and not be barefoot, it feels unsanitary for people to put their feet through the straps as that surface isn’t easily cleaned with the cloth and spray we use at the end of class and overall having your barefoot on the machines.
