Honestly this is my favorite class at Bodyrok! It’s the only megaformer class I can find in NYC to incorporate the jump board, which I really takes the workout up a notch. My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    ORIGINAL HOT YOGA (BIKRAM YOGA)

The studio is basic but very clean! Especially for a traditional hot yoga studio. The hot room is a good size - not too big or too small, and lots of mirror space for everyone. The room could have been hotter for me (as someone who practices very regularly). Locker rooms and showers are nice and clean too. Would definitely come back again.

I am a beginner and loved the speed and tone of the instructor - Natalie was clear so with her instructions every step of the way and it genuinely felt like she enjoyed guidance all of us throughout our practice!

    Springboard Core Camp

Studio, on the second floor, has a warm and welcoming vibe. It was several peoples first class on the springboard, and Andrew did a good job walking through how to use it. A great traditional Pilates class.
