    I’ve never had anything less than a 5-star workout here - Taylor’s class was challenging and pushed me to my limits for sure. 🔥 However, the vibe was muuuuch different than any classes or events I’ve ever attended with the studio. I arrived a few minutes early and it was just Taylor and I in the studio for a bit. She did not look at, acknowledge, or speak to me the entire time which I found really odd? Even when walking by me. If it was my first time there I’d be so put off to the experience. I debated reviewing because I absolutely adore this studio and all their staff, but felt like they should know. Again - if I was a newbie I probably wouldn’t come back based on my experience with Taylor.

    I have to say that it is very rare to find Carly’s energy in a workout class. It is cheerful and positive. The dance room is heated like a dry sauna room (not as hot as a sauna room), so make sure you do not wear too much clothes! But trust me, you will fall in love with dancing in a heated room, it is hot for the moment, but it feels soooo good afterwards! I found my skin is getting so much better after the heated room workout and my body was soooo relaxed. For the class, it is mainly a cardio workout, it has the dancing element: music lights, but do not expect it will be fancy dance moves from the TikTok. To me, it is a good design since the goal is to workout and have fun without spending too much energy on figuring out the complicated movements.

    Class was really tough but that’s what I need. The instructor was great, friendly, walked around saying people’s names and engaging/motivating. The only little critique I would give is that there was no cool down/stretch at the end and not much time to do on my own because there was a class right after. But other than that, I enjoyed it and Angela was great. I’ll be feeling this tomorrow! Thanks :-)

I do wish Pri would have done the class in the middle rather than the ends of the room since it wasn’t always visible if one is in the back.     The class was challenging for a beginner, but they never tried to push you past your comfort level. Michelle explained how to use the machine, gave adjustments in form, and assisted with using the machine itself. She even made sure I was next to more experienced members to help me follow along easier. Her energy and the energy in the class was great! Super motivating and positive. Overall it was a great class and a good introduction to Pilates, and I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try!

    Kristen ROCKED! This is only my second pilates class ever and I'm still so nervous but she made me feel so welcomed and supported and overall so comfortable before and during class. She had a tricky guest come in late who kept making things difficult and negative when she was leaving class early (at no fault of Kristen's) but Kristen handled it so smoothly despite getting so much attitude. Kristen brought us back to positive energy and I had an awesome workout. Just make sure you read the email you get before your first class which makes it super clear about studio policies and how to get there! I'm excited for whenever I go to my next class (once my muscles recover from todays class :) )
