see all reviewsAmazing class! I appreciate the focus on doing various active stretching to prepare for movements and learning the right form. As a beginner, it makes Muay Thai / kickboxing a lot safer from the start.

see all reviewsGreat cardio workout. Was not what I expected. The instructor/owner, Steve, was more like a DJ in the back watching us as he counted reps and gave us the next moves. Since it was my first class, I basically watched the other four women around me to understand what the moves were and how to do them. I liked that there was mirrors to check yourself and that we used the bags for a part of the class. Music kept the tempo up and I worked up a sweat during this hour. I would recommend this just for fun not for technical knowledge. The gym had a restroom and no shower, only some hangers for your clothes and bags. The amenities were lots of phone chargers and tea or coffee if you liked in the front lobby.
