Her hands on assists are super helpful and she is aware of all the levels of the students in the studio. She offers something for everyone and is very inclusive. I took this class after a series of strength training classes and it really helped me. Some of the poses like getting your legs to go behind your ears while lying down, sarvangasana if I am not mistaken are still a long way away for a beginner like me. But I think you can do variations of it and it’s still pretty beneficial. Loved the vibe and music.
