My first class was with Pat and it was no joke. I questioned my strength when I had to lift the heavy tire and Pat assure me that I could do it. That gave me so much motivation. see all reviewsThe good: The instructor was really nice and welcoming, it was "hot" yoga so there were like 4 or 5 giant heaters in a tiny room and it was LOVELY being that it’s like 7° outside, the people in the class seemed nice, we got cool rags with lavender oil for the Shavasana and the bathrooms weren't segregated The lame: It was really tough to find bc the building was part of an industrial complex, the instructor (again) didn't do most of the workout with us (but more than the person did last time at least lol) and kept mixing up the left/right then correcting themselves half the time, and I wasn't offered a wipe to clean the mat after so I assumed they would but I saw them just put it away. Ew. So much sweat lol
