About this studio

Urban Fit does not use typical gym equipment. If students are not using their own bodies as the equipment, they are using tools that are used in the most elite tactical training programs to maximize your workout such as our exhilarating and addicting military obstacle course where you will be scaling walls, jumping hurdles, climbing ropes and swinging across monkey bars.

How to prepare

Mat and towel for any yoga class. They have a few mats & boxing gloves for rent and sale, too!

The 10,500 square foot Urban Fit facility is conveniently located on Route 309 in Hatfield, PA.

Get Your Gloves Up with Kathy
The other reviews were great for this gym. The case was hard and a great workout, but I felt dismissed and like the instructor was annoyed that I was new. It got better at the end though and she was more engaging. Tough class!
Get Your Gloves Up with Kathy
This morning the warmup was jump rope and burpees, then the circuit consisted of switching from heavy bag work (jab, cross, uppercut, knees, front kick, side kick, roundhouse) to barbell work (bicep curls, triceps lifts, deadlifts, squats, scarecrows) and ended with abs (plank with weight pulls, weighted toe touch crunch). Instructor is tough, encouraging higher weights when she thinks you capable, and works to know all names of her class participants.
20/20/20 (PowerStick Pilates, Barre & Core) with Jessica
I felt great after my first class. Ive been practicing Pilates for about 5 years and thought it was a good intermediate level class, challenging, and fun. Jessica is a great instructor, manages the class well, pushes you, focuses on form, provides options for modifications. Ill definitely be going back. The only downside is the room was sort of small and needs some new mats!

kathy is the best! She's fun and upbeat and creates killer workouts, i guarantee you'll leave sweaty and feeling awesome! Who doesn't love punching and kicking bags after a long work day? I know i do!

This is one of my favorite classes i've ever taken! Carl is great and the TRX exercises are amazing for strength training

Had a surprising amount of running in the suburban solutions class, but I appreciated it. Definitely a workout, that works the whole body. Classes have a ton of options for weights sandbags, barbells, and kettle bells.

Great class! Teacher was welcoming and had good music and timing to the music.

What is ClassPass?
