It was a great combination of what felt like traditional step aerobics, but on the trampoline, along with strength exercises using weights with lunges, squats and arm work.     Coach Zack is awesome! i’ve been coming to TH for two months now and love it. Part of the reason I gravitate to TH versus the million other classes in NYC is bc of their team of great coaches like Zack, who is just motivating, funny, and obviously an experienced athlete and mentor. If you’re a newcomer I’d also suggest him as one of the best choices to try first because he is consistent, literally every time, at clearly explaining instructions on each activity and physically demonstrating movements.
