Good energy, good vibes, good music, and great sweat. Just don’t expect to leave looking cute, which is also true leaving a warehouse party I suppose

see all reviewsI always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

see all reviewsGreat classical class with lots of stretching. Real ones who understand classical pilates - small, slow movements while utilizing core and stabilizing pelvis - will enjoy this class. If you want someone to yell at you while burning out your glutes (and probably using the wrong muscles), I’d try somewhere like solidcore or BodyRok.

see all reviewsI like the 38th street location wayy better than 54th st. The bathrooms, lockers and sauna are modern and super clean. I went at 11am on Thursday and it was empty. I used the studio on the 3rd floor to do my warm up + yoga. And then hit the machines for strength and cardio. Staff was very nice and helpful. This might just be my new go-to.

see all reviewsMy first hip hop class with sassclass was amazing!! Loved it just as much as heels. So much fun, support and high energy which has been so consistent among instructors and classes. My only wishlist items are: an easier way to view planned songs for choreo within the app, and more late class options to accommodate work. Aside from that these classes give me LIFE!

see all reviewsCoach Luis is great!! Welcoming, energetic and professional. His class was dynamic, the boxing & conditioning segments were challenging and totally do-able. We spent time on core & stability in-between the conditioning segments. The end of the class was spent one-on-one mitt work with Luis. When one person is working with Luis the rest of the class practiced the movements we learned in class on the heavy bag individually - this is pretty common in a boxing gym. Practicing the basics combos is invaluable, if you don’t execute the basics well you’re not going to level up so I thought this was great. Thank you!!!

She took the time to work with each individual and definitely challenged us beyond what we were telling ourselves we could do. I Felt a lot of growth in just this one class. Looking forward to returning.

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

For this specific class I would’ve like more practice and less moves. They do have a social class and maybe they practice more in that one. Both teachers were great! They focus on everyone providing detail instructions. Definitely coming back and trying the social part
