The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference.     This class felt a bit quirky and whimsical and not in a bad way, built into to some poses well beyond practice level, interesting and engaging to attempt, nonetheless.     I found this to be a superlative yoga practice session. Ari’s beautifully integrated sequences w accessible pacing and variety of key poses are a boon to morale for anyone (including me as beginner/low-intermediate w injuries (knees, elbow), was delighted to see a yoga class on offer at Physique. Her mellifluous voice and vibrant good energy sailed us through a deeply restorative experience. I’d love to see this class on offer at downtown location!

    Landon provided excellent instruction throughout my first bode class (original 75 Bikram) the intensity of heat required me to take a few breaks (it’s apparently a bit hotter than vinyasa flow and hiit classes taken at other studios). Nonetheless, worth every minute of effort for full body engagement practice which resonates deeply, and for a number of reasons. A valuable conditioning regimen, improves flexibility, mind/body coordination, balance and more.

    The class was amazing, the space is beautiful and is filled with plenty of natural light by the bridge. The class is legit and is a great investment of your time. The instructor was very kind and patient and would help correct people in the class when they needed it. The ending was very nice with some time to relax and breathe.     Beautiful, new studio and Erica is a wonderful instructor! Even though it was an Intro class, it was still very challenging (more difficult than my usual barre or Pilates classes). I would recommend wearing grip gloves because there is a lot of planking on the machine and I was slipping around a lot from sweaty hands! I want to try this class again a few more times with grip gloves to get the hang of it and build more strength. Really nice showers, too (towel rental is $3).

    Meliza had to improvise in the new studio location since there were no weights. So, it was a bodyweight-only, INTENSE cardio boxing class. The whole class was dropping sweat towards the end. Meliza had a great personality and energy. The music was a mix of Latin, hip-hop, and sassy energy. Not really my style as I am into EDM.. but, I was too focused on all the boxing moves and my form that I forgot about it. It definitely helped keep us moving. This class is fast-paced FYI. I will likely check their Instagram in the future to see if the playlist updates.. if so, I will definitely be back!

    I've been taking Shanice's class for a few times now and i always leave in a more energized and happy mood. I'm new to Zumba and personally struggle with cardio workouts but this is a fun class where i know I'm getting my cardio while dancing to great music. The gym has lockers with own combination locks and showers. Front desk staff are kind too. Sometimes the class is really full and it feels cramped but this shows how popular this class is. Arrive early to get a good spot in the room! Looking forward to the next class!

    I love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(
