However the AC at the studio wasn’t working today, which made it much harder to get through class. And the water fountain is extremely slow, so I would make sure to arrive with a full water bottle!

Perfect cues and pace (not too fast), really cares about our form, gets our stretch in as well as a good flow; and music isn’t too loud, just the right volume. Love how she always leaves the fans on at the entire end of class. Everyone left class happy and told Adair how awesome class was! I will stalking her classes from now on 😂

see all reviewsChris is a great teacher. Just be prepared for very detailed instruction and holding each pose for a bit. He's a very active coach who speaks a lot during class. (This does not mean he's annoying at all. It just may not be the kind of class some Y7 yogis are looking for.)

(Not for a truly beginner beginner dancer) She will help correct a movement if you are doing moves wrong which was hard for me to find at home in an adult class!! Vanessa makes the space feel so inviting and warm! This time around while I did have to take breaks I felt like I kept up a little better than the first time. Which makes me feel like I’ve been getting stronger. I did like that we were told it’s okay not to get it right, keep up and to take breaks as needed so overall I felt comfortable in this class and will probably return again at some point to see if I can make even more progress.

The short sets made the burn manageable, and the instructor was super inviting, breaking everything down and walking around to show different angles of each exercise. She was also very motivational. The space was beautiful with lots of natural light. While there’s no dedicated locker room, I was fine using the bathroom to change and storing my stuff in the lockers. I also appreciated that socks weren’t required since barefoot was an option.

She has a calming and soothing instruction that is clear and highlights which muscles are activated for each exercise. Her routines are well thought out and creative and the right amount of challenging for me. She incorporates weights and yoga blocks which keeps it fresh! As someone with slight injuries, Azin offers me modifications throughout the routine. I cannot recommend this class enough and encourage everyone to try it out!
