Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

Loved the class! It’s great to start the weekend with a challenging workout. I won’t take away a star because the class is so awesome but they should insist that every single person wipes off their mat after they use them. Some people disinfect the mat and other people sweat all over it and then just put it back on the hooks...

Love theme Thursday’s. Just wish they actually posted the themes on social beforehand (they did it once that I’ve seen). 90s week was by far my favorite! Also wish they’d take requests/voting ahead. That could be even more fun. Overall, I think this is a great workout accompanied by great music. Also don’t be afraid to go alone. There are plenty others without a partner, although it is fun when you have a buddy :)

Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

I had never done a sculpt restore class before as I feared it wouldn’t be challenging enough for my liking, but Alec provided options and modifications to increase the level of every single set if that’s what we were looking for and it made a huge difference! BIX (Off Peak)

Loved this profile, especially after the countless painfully dreadful BX classes that I’ve attended recently, all which have been cardio + core based with no KB/DB strength movement. Workout consisted of 4, 7min stations with a buy-in cardio goal, followed by an AMRAP in remaining time of 2 other moves: 1. Run 500m / 20 jump switch lunges (I subbed in DB Reverse lunges) / 20 Plank shoulder taps 2. Row 600m / 20 KB swings / 20 SDLHP 3. 40 DB lateral box step ups over the top / 20 DB push press / 20 DB DL 4. 60 bike cals / 20 burpees / 20 air squats (I subbed in racked Squats) Overall a great mix of lower + upper body work with a solid strength component + ample cardio. Awesome.

So the reviews are true, Christine is actually really cool and welcoming. She takes the time to talk to you, remembers your name, asks you about injuries 1:1. She does go around during the circuit correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself. The only thing I don’t like is the warmup because you have to line up with others to do it and it’s not necessarily smooth, like you’re forced to keep up which isn’t a good feeling right off the bat to start or you’re waiting for the person in front of you. Also, since the space is small and because you’re zig zagging back and forth between stations, there’s a lot of times you almost bump into someone or vice versa. That said, it’s a tough, challenging workout and the instructor is really great so I’d still highly recommend it and plan on going back.

Walking in this place is intimidating and full of regulars who know the ropes. But once you get started everyone was welcoming and kind. TABATA 25

Bod Mod (the studio) rocks because all classes are short but really effective so it gives me a full workout and is really approachable because even if I’m trying to find excuses not to work out thinking of a 25 minute class is still inviting and always gets me to go but I leave SWEATING and sore. This TABATA class is like HIIT on steroids because the hard work is only 20 seconds with 10 second breaks in between, really good class and would return

Love the way this class is structured and LOVE the music he picks for each section! Don’t remember the instructors name for the 10am Saturday class but he’s awesome. Really great workout that goes by quickly.

    Sweat – Core/Conditioning

Love this concept- station-based bootcamp with rolling entry every 10 minutes. Staggered entry means workout time is flexible and there’s no crowd for the showers on a weekday morning. Coach is a supervisor more than an instructor. Workout itself is as challenging as you make it
