    Great class! So happy they are making outdoor tent situation work! Only complaint: Instructor was a little snotty about construction happening in the parking lot. She was clearly put off and felt very inconvenienced by the noise. Her overall attitude just felt really demeaning toward the Hispanic construction workers just doing their job. Such an unfortunate, unprofessional attitude.

    Class is bright lights in a fishbowl room in a gym with formal instructions and some cute boys. Little warm up then pole tricks and teacher comes and spots. Overall so glad I went and everyone was so nice, especially the teacher, but I’m more of an S-Factor gal and craved darkness and sensual movement. It’s great if you’re in the mood for more of the workout then the movement. At the end of class there’s free dance which was fun. Room is not warm which wasn’t ideal but 5 stars because it’s a pole class at Crunch and it’s what you’d expect. Also 5 stars for amazing, spinning, 45mm X-Poles and lovely teacher.

    I love Lindsay’s set up of the class compared to other teachers here. She doesn’t just have you row non stop. However, it drives me nuts that she literally will say things like “anyone have injuries?” Or “let me know if you need anything” and people will raise their hand and she just continues on with class like she didn’t just ask a question... it’s like a script she’s not even thinking about saying.

    Coach Lala is an instructor who is a great motivator. She also provided clear instructions. This was my first time doing a workout using the Bosu Ball and I really enjoyed the experience. The studio can also accommodate your music preference which was a great feature! Lala inquired about my fitness interests/goals and shared their other class offerings that aligned with those goals and interests! Definitely love the studio space and look forward to returning.

    Seriously one of my favorite classes I've taken and I've done over a hundred classpasses. It's not really a "class" though, more like personal training but she had other students so she kept an eye on me but didn't breathe down my neck which I loved. Really enjoyed the exercises she gave me. Cool thing is you can pace/challenge yourself. cute clean little studio, relaxed atmosphere. I'd recommend it if you're like me and prefer a little breathing room and are self-motivated.
