    Loved loved loved. Music was on point, thank you for matching the music to the effort/energy and guiding us ON the tempo. Class was a perfect hot temp. Exercises made sense, we weren’t just doing a whole bunch of hoopla — perfect balance of dynamic movement, stability based movement, strength, cardio and yoga. I can tell kristian takes his craft seriously and walks the walk — he ACTUALLY does this & that reflected so much in his workout and sequence. He told us what we were targeting and talked about our transverse abdominals, posterior chain and more. He was the perfect combo of textbook knowledgeable & someone with a great personality, leadership and confidence to lead a room full of adults of many physical levels and abilities. He gave modifications/ amplifications and additional options for exercises. Honestly one of the best hot workout type classes I’ve taken in years from the many studios I attend. Also one more shoutout bc the playlist was HOT 🔥— You’re special Kristian ✨will def be back!

    Shira was DEF hands down the best instructor that I’ve had at TM between Glendale and studio city. She was personable, had personality, music was great also you can tell she walks the walk! She’s a knowledgeable trainer and highly skilled. She’s not only “textbook knowledgeable” she knows how to lead a room full of adults with confidence and clarity. I will def be going back to her! The only thing about TM is that I wish it had more diversity — it’s so weird, obviously seems like they want to attract one type of client which is not a good look. Even their IG reflects the lack of diversity and inclusion. You guys have full power and control over that —- do something about it. It does matter and it goes a long way.

    This is an excellent class! I was hesitant to try a heated mat Pilates class, but I enjoy this a lot. Tiffany does a great job of balancing breath work and resting postures with seriously intense traditional Pilates. She has a great playlist and a great instructional style!     Blake is an excellent instructor. His flows feel very thoughtful and coherent and they’re challenging in a satisfying way. That said, the classes here are just WAY TOO HOT. I overheard the instructor telling the front desk that he thought the class might have been too hot so I’m thinking the temp wasn’t within his control? I hope the studio considers lowering the temp a bit because I don’t really think there’s any added benefit to making the classes suffocatingly hot.

Throughout the class, I faced some self-limiting thoughts during the more challenging workouts, but Vanessa’s support made all the difference. The only downside is that their only cardio machine is the cycling; they say their treadmill isn’t the traditional type, I agree, would consider they have zero treadmill for runners. I appreciated the workout on the screens and it was a welcoming environment. I had trouble with the parking lot, would recc avoiding— this is where the staff thrived— the gym person (Latino, I think his name is Josh) was very nice and kind to help me out with being stuck in the lot.     I burned 300 calories in this class today. I did my best to follow along and the Instructor was encouraging since I was new. Very fun and I was able to just keep moving by marching when I lost the choreography. I think I will try this a few more times to challenge my body and brain.

    This class was actually insanely fun and can be as challenging as you want it to be. They explained the format at the very beginning and assign you a start station during the warmup. Good variety of weight selection and a lot of cardio/functional movements in this class. There was even a DJ playing music!! Plenty of street parking and easy to find.
