How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. AntiGravity® Yoga with Victoria
The instructors name was different, it wasnt Victoria - I was hoping wed focus on form and stretching a lot more. The stretching and the one inversion in the beginning was fun. If I hadnt had aerial silk classes at another place I would have been lost halfway through when we started focusing on doing tricks. I thought it was a bummer when 3-4 people wound up standing there watching, Im more used to all-level classes giving the beginners something simple to do so theyre not just standing around. Watching less experienced people trying to a flipping trick using their shoulders was a little nerve-wracking without the instructor spotting them, other classes Ive had at other places tend to emphasize not trying complicated things without proper form & spotters and stuff. I did wind up hurting myself at one point but didnt realize it until later. I still had fun & would go back, although I wish there was an option to choose a class that focused mostly on fundamentals.
Bungee: Adrenaline Rush with Dante
It was an odd class that I wouldn't try again. As an FYI, the class is only 30 minutes long; there is an extra 15 minutes for set up.
DIESEL with Mike
Fun, a little on the short side but solid if youre looking for a moderate challenge that wont discourage or wreck you.
DIESEL with Elle
So challenging. The Diesel class included floor, weights, and a lot of reputations. Instructor was fun, music was great and just the right volume. Im going to be sore tomorrow.
