Zac was hilarious and kept us going with humor and jokes :) I love that the classes here are hitting every part of a workout: strength training , cardio, endurance, core strengthening, all the things in an efficient and fun way. There wasn’t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. She nicely reminds people to take this time for themselves and politely asks that people leave their phones at the door and is mindful when people do not do so to ask them again which allows all the other people to enjoy class, distraction free.     Incredible class! I really liked the lesson format. We introduced ourselves so the instructor could get familiar with our levels. There was a warm up and some conditioning. Then we learned tricks/spins. They were built/stacked on each other until it made a combination. I really appreciated that because I have a difficult time transitioning between steps and knowing how to put steps into a routine. The instructor was very friendly and made an effort to learn everyone’s name. She circled around the room to give individual attention. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!
