    Had a killer full body workout. I arrived 20 min early to check in, it was the first time taking the class. Got a chance to meet some of the staff, everyone was great, really down to earth. Alex was superb, motivational, personable, and helpful. He helped me correct my form when needed. We ran 1 minute circuits which I soon realized were usually 45 sec but accidentally signed up for the wrong day. To my advantage, it gave me a few more secs during the circuits to focus on form, so I'm not mad about it. Would return, great gym, great energy, felt challenged.

    How often do you get a chance to be taught by one of the best to ever do it? Taking a class with Austin is like taking acting classes taught by Cillian Murphy. Singing classes by Adele. Or skating lessons by Tony Hawk. When you're in a class with Austin - he lifts and propels you in a way like no other. This Peter Pan of Power had me so dialed in that I didn't even realize that I had completed the Wednesday workout that I call the Devil's Delight. The instructor was good and motivated to work harder but does not help with posture or corrects you.
