see all reviewsWhat a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

see all reviewsI recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

see all reviewsI’ve been taking pole classes at various studios, on and off, for 3 years. I would describe myself as an “Advanced Level 1 student” because I have had a few setbacks. This was one of the more challenging pole conditioning classes I have taken, and it was amazing! Alyssa is very sweet and encouraging. The class kicked my butt, but I stayed strong throughout. If you have pole experience and are looking to build your strength, this is the class for you.

Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.
