Natalie is incredible. The music and mic are loud, which is great because a lot of upscale workout classes tone down the music to help you hear the instructions better. The energy in a loud class, however, is so much better. It really pushes you. Natalie on mic is wonderful because she’s a yapper in the best way; you’re still focused yet distracted from the pain of how he’d you’re going. 45 minutes in this class did more for my rings than over an hour in the gym. 10/10.
