Poise. Posture. Power. Everyday Ballet offers authentic & inspiring ballet training, small class sizes, & exceptional personal instruction. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! (But if you have some, that's fabulous too!) Their BALLERINA BODY classes are approachable, challenging, & effective. Exercises develop posture, balance, strength, tone, flexibility, stamina, & grace. Get beautiful legs, a shapely butt, defined waist, toned arms, flatter abs, & a gorgeous back--all with the same exercises ballerinas do to condition their bodies. Always wanted a Ballerina Body? Then Everyday Ballet is for you! **BALLERINA BODY INTENSE classes require ballet slippers & intermediate level ballet experience.

How to prepare
NO LATE ARRIVALS! Plan to be at the studio 15 minutes before the start of class. Classes begin on time. For BALLERINA BODY: No experience necessary. Wear comfortable exercise clothes & a pair regular socks (or ballet slippers if you prefer). For BALLERINA BODY INTENSE; Ballet slippers & prior ballet experience required. **Everyday Ballet does not provide mats or other equipment. Most exercises are done standing and floor exercises do not require mats. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT if you desire to use one. Please plan accordingly.
How to get there
Tribeca 380 Broadway, 5th Floor Ring 5th Floor buzzer. NO LATE ARRIVALS! Plan to arrive 15 min. early to gain access into the building & sign in before class begins. After class start time, building entry is not guaranteed. Changing room & restroom available.
