see all reviewsI said it before, and I’ll say it again I really like body alive and most of the instructors are great. I do wish BA woukd either bring back Core Sculpt class and/or focus much more on core beyond planks. Every class seems to have at least 2-3 plank songs but only 1-2 true core.

I miss it desperately and when I found out they were opening a studio in my hometown I was thrilled. Fast forward 7 years and I finally made it over! Kelly was awesome and really took the time to explain things (there were several first timers in the class). The front desk staff was wonderful too. Love the playlists and pace of these classes - no time to focus on how hard it is!

see all reviews5:15am workout with Megan: Comprehensive work out that got me moving all parts of my body with a good pace, I feel it in my buns and shoulders with a sustained heart rate the whole time. About 40% boxing style work out, i think it kept its shape while providing variety. I had never been to this class before, or this type of work out, and I felt welcomed by class members and instructor. She took time to make sure I was keeping pace and showing modifications that I needed. For reference I currently am 30, 200lb, work out once a week and trying to incorporate more strength training, train 4 days per week with different class styles that are fun. The facility is very clean and has cubbies for personal belongings. Free parking right out front. Will be returning weekly! Recommend 10/10.
