About this studio

Shred415 is an instructor-led, calorie-burning, high intensity interval training class designed to target all muscle groups. Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and weight-training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals. Shred415 is for everyone. You select your weights and you set your pace on the treadmill. Walkers, joggers and hardcore runners are all welcome in class. Their approach to exercise keeps your body burning calories long after your workout is over!

I used to only come to Courtney’s class but then because of crazy work schedule had to stop coming. I’ve been doing Sundays so have had a lot of instructors. It’s good to be back in Courtney’s class! Good at getting us up to a fast pace and isn’t afraid to leave us doing a basic exercise for a while - rows, pushups, etc. I feel like some instructors are worried about us getting bored and have us move from one thing to the next too quickly or try to come up with some weird exercise, but doing the basics for a solid minute really is a better workout.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
