    It was my first time taking the Bounce class, and I truly enjoyed the experience! The team was so friendly, including the owner who helped to get me acquainted with the space. The class is challenging but it didn’t feel overwhelming, which is exactly what I was looking for. I will be back!

    This was my first ever TRX class so I was a bit intimidated! It was definitely a challenging full-body workout! The instructor was very helpful and guided me through the different positions. Although challenging for my first time I think I’d like to continue going to build strength :)

    Group Reformer

    This place was really cute. Be sure to read the instructions for entering if you’re taking a class outside the 10am-5pm window. Small class size made for individual attention. It seems to be a very close group. Most of the ladies knew each other and it just felt really personal. It was my first Pilates class using a reformer and I really felt the burn and targeted muscle groups.
