This class was incredible, the instructor is literally so amazing and has you working hard and laughing during it. She’s gonna book up quick people so hop on her classes ASAP! see all reviewsThis class is heated! It isn’t listed anywhere I checked and I only knew from another review BUT I really liked this heat level it wasn’t in the high 80’s like some hot yoga studios where I don’t get a sweat in and it’s not 100+ like others where I feel like I can’t breathe the air is so hot! I looked once and think I saw 94° which got a really good sweat in without feeling like I was going to pass out which was nice haha

see all reviewsI recently attended Olga’s hip and back yoga class at Fire and Flow, and it was nothing short of amazing. As someone who spends long hours sitting at a desk, this area of my body often feels neglected, but Olga’s class was exactly what I needed. The class focused on slower movements and deep stretches, which left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. Olga’s guidance was gentle yet effective, and she created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. If I lived closer, I’d make this class a weekly ritual—it’s that good! I highly recommend this class (and the studio overall) to anyone looking to prioritize self-care and flexibility. Truly a gem!

see all reviewsSaresa was absolutely amazing and has such a calming presence! I was the only one who registered for the class, and while it would’ve been easy for her to cancel, she didn’t hesitate to move forward as planned. The class itself was the perfect balance of yoga and strengthening Pilates movements, with plenty of options provided for different skill levels— perfect for both beginners and more advanced participants. To address something I saw in other reviews: the room only feels chilly during the final relaxation at the end of class. The rest of the time, you’ll be moving so much that you won’t notice the cold at all. My only wish is that the class was offered on more days than just Monday!

see all reviewsThis class was just what I needed, great restorative class! I will say, with it being my first time ever at this studio, I was VERY confused at where to go. From the street, it just looks like a big empty room, and there’s no sign on the door saying where to enter or anything. Thank goodness another person showed up and I followed her. You have to take your shoes off downstairs and then walk upstairs to the studio, but again, I had no idea with it being my first time. The teacher was great, and the class was great though!

see all reviewsThis place was so cozy and down-to-earth. In the Beginners/Basics class, I felt calm. The instructor was nice and the class size was not intimidating. The place itself has a lot of unique & interesting history. What I liked about this class is that I feel equipped to practice on my own— at least, a few basics. It was judgement free, and parking was easy!

Slow Flow with Sarah
see all reviewsSarah’s class is one of the best yoga classes I’ve participated in. I did yoga as a kid, then fell out of it throughout my teenage years. When I moved out of state and experienced the many transitions of life after college I was lucky enough to find a community in Handy Yoga, and a friend in Sarah. If you’re looking for a loving community that will meet you where you’re at rather than push you to be something other than yourself, I highly recommend trying out a class at Handy Yoga. It’s a wonderfully healing environment where you can show up as yourself each and every time. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and the gentle yoga classes are exactly what I needed to help me find my way back to myself. Thank you Sarah!!!

She was thoughtful and grounding in her introduction and closing and did a phenomenal job of modeling, instructing and providing alternatives for all levels. The vinyasa flows were challenging yet appropriate. Music was supportive to the practice. Just a phenomenal experience overall. Highly recommend and look forward to more of her classes!
