I really liked it- the team spirit was also great. I was the last one finishing and the others are behind, cheering me on. It made me want to finish strong. I will definitely go back.

I've done WOD and AMRAMPs at Sweat and Crosstown in Chicago and those are a walk in the park compared to this class. Shorter sets w/more variety vs only 3 options for the WOD. If you're looking to build muscle mass this is the class for you! I'm going to try their CircuitFit class as that runs concurrently and appears to be something more up my alley.
