A great mix between barre and Pilates! Great workout!!

This class was a lot of fun and a great workout! Leah was very helpful to make sure I was in the correct position for each pose too.
20/20/20 Arms! Abs! A$$! with Jodi
this was a great muscle toning class! The studio is small and intimate and really allows the instructor to help you. she worked out with us the whole time and used exercises I wouldn't have thought of. There isn't any cardio but my heart rate did jump throughout the class. I will be sore tomorrow and will be back next week

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
