It was good for beginners in a way that the instructor (Skyler) was helpful and attentive to my form, helped grab me stuff to get set up for my first class and there wasn't pressure from anyone except yourself to work hard! Though for beginners note that it is a tough class if your cardio health isn't 100% because there's few breaks. I'm excited to be back!

The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too.
