    Love this class and Lil is the best instructor. Duo is my favorite as you get to bounce and the sculpting segment is excellent and flows (would love more Duo classes in the early weekday/before work time slot). One studio ask: it is so hot/humid in there… please turn on the AC ☺️

    Wow I was not in the mood but that was a really good work out - kudos to the instructor and studio!! Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too

    This is one of those classes that will have you breathless and potentially cursing during but also will have you leaving feeling empowered. John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish. This will definitely be a staple for me moving forward.

    Awesome class! Definitely felt the burn. If you like Megan Roup/TSS you’ll love this. I’ll probably bring an extra yoga mat next time to add extra traction to the squishy mat (that they provide) bc the floor is a little slippery. Def will be back!
