see all reviewsHad a phenomenal experience taking Babette’s class for the first time. She incorporated really interesting, unique (and challenging!) stretches into the flows - ones I’ve never done before in any yoga class. Babette talked throughout the class, explaining the essence behind each pose alongside therapeutic, podcast-quality thought bits on what it meant to hold and let go, then receive the feedback that our mind & body deserve ✨✨ definitely recommend if you like constant thought bits

She gave variations for people to go deeper into the pose, or stay where they feel comfortable “stay or play!” So the class was accessible for everyone in it. I really really loved it, my only complaint is that the season is almost over!

see all reviewsKiller yoga class! Amazing. I had never been before, and at first the class started too slow for me but then it picked up and the leg work was pretty intense. I do a lot of yoga and found this intense. I don’t love how dark it is because it’s hard to find points to look at to find your balance. The heat was not too bad at all, but enough to get a good sweat. Will be coming back!

She is very encouraging and even when I think that I don’t have the ability to try something she’s called out, I try it anyway because she breaks it down so well. She has a gift because her unified class is the only open level class I’d be comfortable taking both people who have never done yoga in their lives and those who’ve been doing it for years. Would love to see her on the schedule more since her class has become quite popular and it’s sometimes hard to get into it!

see all reviewsI arrived and the front desk staff person was very busy. It was my first time so I didn’t know where to go and they didn’t provide detailed instructions, even after asking for them. So I went up to the third floor and people were chanting in one room (the class I signed up for wasn’t supposed to start for 10 mins) and staring at me while taking their shoes off in another. I may have misunderstood what the class would be and I felt overwhelmed and turned around and left. Not a reflection of them so I don’t want to deduct points.
