Everyone was so kind and welcoming and I feel like I learned a lot of self defense moves. Mama savage was especially kind and welcoming, she offered me a long sleeve t shirt and helped take my necklace off. You can tell they are a close knit unit and are well trained in MMA. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
