    BJJ FUNDAMENTALS

It was a wonderful and tough experience. I learned a lot of jujutsu moves and it was definitely a work out. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and I feel like I learned a lot of self defense moves. Mama savage was especially kind and welcoming, she offered me a long sleeve t shirt and helped take my necklace off. You can tell they are a close knit unit and are well trained in MMA. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Class was great, the instructor was awesome, and the place was fine, just a little musky scent.

Lance made me feel super comfortable and motivated in my first Muay Thai class. The other students were also very kind and I can tell this gym has fostered a great environment for everyone. It was worn out by the end, but it was so fun and I’m glad excited to go back!

Harold is great. He works on your form and he is Southpaw / left handed friendly, giving instructions that are clear for both southpaw and orthodox (other instructors may just tell the left-handed people to “just do the opposite”). Love his classes.

Great class! Carmen was patient and attentive to those with injuries or first timers. It's an all levels class so there was a good mixture of veterans, mid levels and newbies. so we learned from each other. Everyone was so supportive. I'll definitely be back. It was challenging at times but fun!
