    PILATES

Pri was awesome. Workout was on the lighter side but had room to make modifications depending on your skill level. I do wish Pri would have done the class in the middle rather than the ends of the room since it wasn’t always visible if one is in the back. Overall can’t go wrong with any of the instructors for mat Pilates.

I love, love, love Iryna, she is a big ball of sunshine and happy vibes. Her choreography is challenging enough yet beginner friendly and she's sooo encouraging. Great class, can't wait for the next one.

Strong Enough - Intro to Pole

This was my first pole class ever and I’m absolutely obsessed. It was sooo fun sooo low stakes and sooo freeing. I want to come back asap. I was able to do everything even though I’m not that athletic.

    Beginner Dance Class

What an amazing class! Highly recommend everyone try this class at least once. The class tonight was taught by the owner, she has a positive attitude, which is contagious and you will not know how quickly the hour went by. The room was very stuffy and hot at the start of class. Give yourself ample time to enter the the building, don’t forget your ID, and to find the room in which the class is being held in. Bring a reusable water bottle, they have refill stations.
