It was a bit of a learning curve because I wasn’t familiar with the names of some of the moves but there’s enough repetition to get it quickly.     Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    Great experience I came in late and had so many thoughts in my head and still was able to breath and relax to the flow of the class, I wish the receptionist would have given me a mat for the class when told her I was heading to the yoga class because it was my first time and I didn’t knew they were in the front desk but still I started the class without it and at some point the instructor noticed and provided the necessary equipment very attentive and gentle there was also a class mate who was very kind and let me know that I could pick the mat at the front desk. Definitely would go back it felt very nice.

    Kate’s class was so much fun! She has a lot of positive energy and encourages you to push yourself. We also learned a fun TikTok dance at the end of class! My only complaint is that this class regularly shows up as 10-15 credits now which is a lot. It makes it really hard to go again. There were only 5 people in the class too so I’m surprised they don’t want to encourage more attendance. Besides that, it was a great class and the staff was friendly.

It turns out the instructor didn’t know the class was supposed to happen that day. He ended up coming in last minute.     Instructor was super kind - helped modify for my knee and constantly checked in to make sure I was ok. Cute dog named Flex too and lots of equipment. It was an awesome workout and great music. The two things I didn’t love are A) the group of women also taking the class gave the vibe of judgmental / not super friendly b) there was not multiple weight options so everyone had to use the same weight no matter the ability which as a Physical therapist I noticed is not great for form.
