    HOT 26

Hardest yoga class of my life. I’d never done a class like this before and the reviews are right. I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

Anna subbed class today and was such fun!! There were only three of us so it was very personalize and she kept us all honest on really trying with each and every pose. There wasn't any hands on corrections, but I still got a lot out of class!

    Pilates Reformer - Classical 101

Vivi and this studio are the best in Boston! The studio is very clean and lit well. I know some people like the hardcore classes with strobe lights and loud music, but that is not my thing. Here the music isn't too loud so you can clearly hear the instructor and she doesn't need to wear a headset. Vivi is really nice and gives calm and clear directions so you know exactly what to do (and modify if you want) and she focuses on good technique and breathing so that you actually have good form and get a good workout. There is no shouting and confusion here lol. I've taken a few classes here and each one is different so it never gets boring. They also have beginner classes if you aren't familiar with the reformer system.

Really good class and felt like I got a good workout. It moved quickly and didn’t repeat postures which many yoga classes do. Love it. Teacher was shondra I think

First time at the studio— beautiful space. Leah was awesome; she was warm and welcoming. This class did some different things than what my regular class does (no up dogs or forward folds) which I found refreshing and interesting. I will absolutely be back.

    DEDHAM | POP UP REFORMER

Lovely space and instructor. However, no real hands on corrections as she just sat in front of the room to demonstrate, did not walk around. It seemed like a good class for a beginner to reformer or someone who wants slow stretching, but was not advanced enough for me (or even for the rest of the class it seemed). Would go back to the studio if I knew it would be more a intense exercise.

    Endurance Pilates Reformer Classical Basics

Really fast paced and intense! Note that this class was only 45 minutes, not an hour. Maybe not the best for someone brand new to pilates, but a great workout! Class size is kept small (4 people) because good form is essential. Julie was lovely and welcoming.

    Yoga Flow

This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. Im not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didnt take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and Ill certainly go again.

    Full Body Sculpt

Jenny (the owner) just opened this studio 2 weeks ago. She was extremely enthusiastic and had clear instructions on how to do each exercise. She also offered a lot of modifications. The entrance can be a little confusing to find–once at the main building, there are 3 doors. Enter the leftmost door and it’s the first door on your left inside.
