    A good start to Pilates, some things still do hurt. I’m not exactly sure where the pelvis is embarrassingly enough and that is mentioned a lot. I feel like if you’re a true true beginner it will take quite a few classes to make it up to the regular class.

They came around and helped us adjust the reformer machines and provide form guidance.     Nice class! Definitely challenging and gets your heart rate up. Instructor gives pointers and helps to correct form which is great! but with all that movement I definitely think more cool down/stretching is needed at the end to prevent injury and soreness.

    I thought I was in shape until I took this class and got my ass handed to me. While the class is your classic Pilates/sculpt type moves, the heat really takes it up a notch and makes it WAY more challenging.     Alex was great, you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for about 3.5 years and this class was somewhat challenging for me but the good kind of challenge haha. The workout was great, the room is spacious but cozy at the same time. If you’re looking for for a good but not too difficult challenge, and wanting to step out your comfort zone, try this class!
