    Excellent class. I almost missed the opportunity because I was booked into the wrong time, but in am glad I gave it a second shot. It is one of my favorite setting so far. I recommended Serena. She was great, she made sure all levels were enabled to get the best of the class. The machines are very nice as well. They are a little different from most places I have been, in the best way. Comfortable and roomy.

    had an amazing first aerial yoga experience at the studio. I called them on my way as I had made a wrong turn and was worried I was going to be a minute or two late and unable to join... they were gracious on the phone and let me know if I was only a minute or two late they could likely accommodate but that if it was closer to five minutes, it probably would not work, I appreciated their clarity and was so glad that I made it there in the nick of time. The instructor was skilled in explaining all the important safety Despite being 30 seconds, tardy, they were very gracious in receiving me and made me feel welcomed, which was a lovely way to start the experience which was AMAZING. The instructor was skilled in articulating the steps with clarity, providing appropriate one on one guidance when needed and brought a great positive and inclusive energy. I left feeling wonderful and excited for being exposed to such a great experience and very glad I didn’t give into my first instinct to just cancel and give up when I thought I was going to be late. The class was challenging yet accessible and a fun and different way to challenge and move my body.
