    Class was well taught by Lindsy - would definitely attend again! Only suggestion would be to not permit late arrivals for this class - when a class is more cardio/strength-oriented, people slipping in is fine, but when everyone is trying to be quiet and concentrate, late arrivals are much more disruptive with the noise they make finding a place, getting equipment and setting up. Also, the instructor is often put in the position of having to help them out, (finding a place, equipment, etc) interrupting their flow/instructions.

    Martina was subbing for this class and she was stellar. I've never done this class and Martina set me up with some very low weights on a barbell - warm up was nothing too much so I tripled my weight when we began. Everything was massive super sets of multiple high rep rounds. Even light weight was humbling. The music was super random but I didn't pay attention much as Martina was the most cheerful and encouraging while showing us all up. She gave corrections if needed and pushed us to fight for more. Honestly amazing class. Also the whole place and everyone there is so nice.

Parking is tricky so definitely account for that when you’re heading over.     This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. Im not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didnt take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and Ill certainly go again.

    Loved this workout. It was just me on Summer Friday morning. Tracy was great, very friendly and motivating. I'm used to going to advanced, high end studios and this gym did not disappoint. Loved that they used equipment for almost every exercise and there was a solid stretch time before and after the workout. The workout was very challenging but doable and the low impact was also awesome. If you want extra intensity choose the bike instead of the tread. Like others said, the studio is very clean and the equipment is very nice and set up well. I'll be back!

    Awesome class. I enjoyed the structure. It was 30 minutes of weights with 3 rounds of 5 different exercises for a total body workout. We then went into a slightly heated room for 20 minutes stretching using a foam roller with some abs thrown in. Then we did a few minutes of anti-aging recovery on a rebounder and vibrating plate. Great way to decompress while getting a good workout in! The class only had 3 of us in it and Monica was great at encouraging us while helping with form and showing me around the gym.

    Rod is the best personal fitness instructor I have ever had! He is fully focused on quality of his services. He first corrects on form (very few instructors do this in the same thoughtful way) and then meets you where you are but then pushes you to find strength you didn’t even realize. Each class is personalized for the group and then to you. His studio is clean and he has water and protein bars available always thinking of his students. I don’t leave class just stronger physically but mentally. He is doing fitness right!
