    The class was hard but a great workout! We absolutely loved the space— very authentic, sunny and the ergs were in good shape. But what made the class all the better was Brian, the lead instructor (owner of the studio?). Brian was a character! He kindly led us through an introduction to the machine, proper form and then through the workout. He offered lots of corrections throughout and did the entire workout with us. He was really energetic and just a kind welcoming person. You can tell this is his passion! We will be recommending and coming back (:

    Seated pretzel series is killer and so rare to find at barre classes in the city. This will make all the difference in the body transformation. I have right hip flexors so I really appreciate this move. It’s a stretch and extremely hard work for the muscles at the same time.

    Hardest yoga class of my life. I’d never done a class like this before and the reviews are right. I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

    The space has lots of natural light. Laura was very welcoming and attentive and offered a challenging workout on the reformer with options for modifications. Music was good, not too loud and in sync with the exercises. I arrived an hour early by mistake but she took me anyway. The others in the class are very nice, too. I would come here again. Plenty of free parking at this time on the street but I think there is a lot in the back too.

    Loved this workout. It was just me on Summer Friday morning. Tracy was great, very friendly and motivating. I'm used to going to advanced, high end studios and this gym did not disappoint. Loved that they used equipment for almost every exercise and there was a solid stretch time before and after the workout. The workout was very challenging but doable and the low impact was also awesome. If you want extra intensity choose the bike instead of the tread. Like others said, the studio is very clean and the equipment is very nice and set up well. I'll be back!
